## Authoritative source language

- This site is multilingual: English (default), Dutch (nl), French (fr). Localised paths use `/nl/...` and `/fr/...` prefixes (e.g. `/nl/learn/cyberfundamentals/`, `/fr/learn/nis2/`).
- We use ADR-0011 framing: "audit-ready" (rubric verdict over collected evidence) is distinct from "auditor-accepted" (a human auditor's sign-off). Don't conflate.
