← How we workHypothetical pitch. Ryan Reynolds has no relationship with Easy Cyber Protection. A worked example of brief-in, deck-out from the deck skill.

Ryan. NIS2 hit Europe. 4,000+ Belgian companies must prove cyber compliance.
Their suppliers do too. Nobody serves them at scale.
I do.

Ignored categoryBelgian SME cyber compliance. Too small for enterprise GRC. Too complex for SMEs to self-serve.
Forced-buyer eventNIS2 went live in Belgium October 2024. 4,000+ orgs registered. Their supply-chain SMEs need to follow.
Clever channelWe do not sell to SMEs. We sell to the IT partners (MSPs) they already trust. White-label, MSP delivers under their brand.

Slide 3 · The moat
CyFun-native, not "CyFun-supported".
Every competitor is generic GRC with NIS2 toggled on. ConnectSecure. Cynomi. Heimdal. Enhanced.io. None are native to CyberFundamentals.
Why native matters
Every control parsed directly from the CCB's official Excel 7 / 34 / 103 / 268 controls per tier. One source of truth.
NL / FR / EN translations baked in Generic vendors do not ship them. Belgian SMEs do not work in English alone.
Auditor-readable export Filled CCB workbook, Ed25519-signed, round-trip importable. The auditor sees their own format back.
CyFun is also being adopted by Romania, Ireland, France, Portugal. The framework is going EU-wide.

Slide 4 · The channel
MSPs × SMEs. Mint × T-Mobile, but for compliance.
A Belgian SME with 30 employees does not buy compliance software. They call their IT partner. That MSP currently has nothing to sell them on NIS2. We are what they sell.
MSP gets
White-label brand + delivery
Step-by-step CyFun guidance built in
Margin on a service they could not price before
SME gets
Audit-readiness from the partner they trust
Data stays local on the MSP's machine
Weekly 2-min security micro-learning, in their language

Slide 5 · Why one person, not a bug
Maximum Effort, but for compliance software.
You make ads with a small team and AI tooling. I build a compliance platform with one person and an AI agent stack. 35+ specialist skills under typed contracts and audit-shape integration tests.
The honest accounting
Drafts: AI Architecture, fact-checks, audit logic: human.
NL / FR / EN translation parity: AI Voice and final approval: human.
Velocity that would normally take a 5-person team: real Quality that survives a CCB audit: also real.
Mint got sold by riding T-Mobile's pipes. Aviation got sold by making craft gin weirdly cool. MNTN sells by making CTV ads as easy as Facebook ads.
If you were me — CyFun-native platform, MSP channel that already works in Belgium — how would you bridge to a US MSP-channel partner? What is the equivalent of “T-Mobile pipes” for me?
I do not need capital. I need one Reynolds-shaped angle on US channel distribution. And maybe a tweet. Either would change my quarter.

Looking for one distribution angle. Not a check.
If anything landed, the deck is yours to pass along. If not, thanks for the 15.
