Why is the subscription bracket-priced when the report is flat?
The report is a one-shot diagnostic; the work is the same regardless of company size. The subscription is ongoing platform usage; entity count drives the load on integrations, evidence collection, and auditor-bundle exports.
What does annual save?
Annual is 10 months upfront. You get two months free in exchange for the upfront commitment.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel any time. Monthly subscriptions stop at the end of the current month; annual subscriptions run to the end of the paid period.
What happens if my bank transfer is late?
Your subscription does not start until we mark payment received. The status page (linked from the confirmation email) tells you when activation has happened.
Can I change brackets later?
Yes. Reply to the activation email and Tom will adjust on the next billing cycle.
